Great question! Because every event has its own unique footprint, our pricing is tailored to your specific needs. To provide you with the most accurate estimate, we look at two primary factors:

  • Duration: How many hours or days will your event be running? We offer competitive rates for single-day rentals as well as multi-day discounts for festivals and long-term events.

  • Location: While we proudly serve the Midwest, travel distance plays a role in our logistics and setup.

If there’s a road to get there, we can bring the “Screen” to you.

While Premier Midwest LED Screens is proudly based in Columbus, Ohio, our reach extends far beyond the city limits. We specialize in serving the entire Midwest region, but our philosophy is simple: if we can drive there, we can serve you.

Our Primary Focus

We are a fixture in the Midwest event scene, frequently serving:

  • Ohio: Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Dayton, and Toledo.

  • The Greater Midwest: Reaching across Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and beyond.

Have Wheels, Will Travel

Don’t let a state line stop you from having the best screen in the business. Whether your event is in a downtown metro plaza or a remote festival field, our mobile LED units are built for the road. We handle the logistics and the driving so you can focus on the event.

Our screens are incredibly versatile and designed to be seen in any lighting condition—even direct sunlight. Common uses include:

  • Live Sports & Tailgates: Create a stadium-like atmosphere for the big game or race day.

  • Festivals & Concerts: Provide “front-row” views for everyone with live camera feeds (I-Mag) and sponsor loops.

  • Community Movie Nights: Host outdoor cinema events that can start even before the sun goes down.

  • Graduations & Ceremonies: Ensure every guest can clearly see the stage, even in large outdoor venues.

  • Corporate Events: Elevate brand activations, product launches, and outdoor conferences with high-definition video.

  • Charity Races & 5Ks: Display live leaderboards, start/finish line action, and sponsor recognition.

Don’t see your event type listed? If you have a vision, we have the screen to match it.

To ensure your event runs seamlessly, we tailor our staffing to your specific needs. Some rentals include a dedicated technician on-site for the duration of the event to manage live feeds and technical adjustments, while others (such as static displays) may not require a full-time attendant.

Staffing requirements are determined based on your event type, technical complexity, and safety requirements. We will discuss these details during your consultation to ensure you have exactly the support you need for a flawless experience.

Yes! Our screens are IP65-rated, which means they are fully weather-resistant. Whether it’s a light drizzle or a Midwest downpour, the show goes on. In the event of high winds or lightning, our on-site technician will monitor safety and lower the screen if necessary.

Absolutely. Unlike a projector, which requires shade or darkness, our LED screens are designed for high-brightness outdoor use. They are specifically built to “cut through” the sun, providing a crystal-clear, vibrant image even at high noon.

Most of our mobile units are self-powered with quiet, onboard generators. If you prefer to use shore power, we can discuss the specific voltage and amperage requirements (usually a 50-amp circuit) during the quoting process.

Our mobile trailers have a relatively small footprint, but we do need a flat, level surface and enough room to maneuver a truck and trailer. Generally, a space about the size of two to three standard parking spots is sufficient.

We can play almost anything! Our processors support HDMI, SDI, and laptop inputs. Whether you have a produced video file (MP4, MOV), a live camera feed, or a gaming console, we can get it on the big screen.

One of the best parts of our mobile units is the speed. We can typically be fully leveled, powered, and playing content in under 45 minutes.

Yes. If your event requires it, we can configure the screen to show multiple feeds at once—for example, a live game on one side and sponsor logos or a social media feed on the other.

All of our mobile units feature high-quality, built-in sound systems perfect for small to medium crowds. For larger festivals or events requiring “concert-level” audio, we can easily patch into your existing house sound or provide additional pro-audio equipment for an extra boost.

Is the screen too bright for use at night? Not at all. While our screens are built to fight the sun, they are also fully dimmable. Our technicians will adjust the brightness as the sun goes down to ensure the screen is comfortable to watch and looks great in the dark without blinding your guests.

Do I need Wi-Fi for the screen to work? Not for basic video playback or live feeds. However, if you want to stream a live event from the internet or display a live social media wall, a stable internet connection (or a 5G hotspot) will be needed. All of our screens have Starlink mounted on them.
